There is one major problem with the paypal credit card. They go through Synchronicity bank to issue the credit card but unfortunately the process is a big hassle.  Synchronicity bank requires you to fill out an affidavit and get a notary from the bank and providing a lot more personal information.  It's too much trouble and requires too much effort.  Also you would have to question what they will do with all the personal information they request.  It's not worth it!
